January is almost over and its has felt unlike other starts to the year, i don't feel like the month has dragged on tbh. I know others do and i hear often how long this month is but in all honesty i think for me its passed by quickly. What i will say is that its felt very different to other Januarys.
Long time between posts
Just a really short thought and moment of reflection since this started a few weeks ago.
Really tough at the minute and i don't know where to start writing,
Time away often helps and resets my mind. Few days outside of the normal day to day side of things has given me a lot to think about. I have to admit i am starting to realize i over think so much at the minute and not share to much info about my thoughts. It goes back to moments where i cannot speak or get my words out.
The time changes really effect me. Its harder for everything apart from sitting on the sofa or doing nothing. Lots of people suffer from Sad syndrome and other dark season related stuff. I just find it harder to do anything. The motivation just isn't there and im tired more than i feel energetic.
Well a few days ago i did this blog for the first time, I don't believe for one minute anyone has read one word i have written buts that's ok. I actually feel like i am talking to someone. Getting the words out that i struggle to get out my mouth.
So here goes, deep breath and speak! no type
There is a kind of silence that doesn't just mean quiet or even in a peaceful place. Its the one that that fills your throat when you want to speak but can't. The one that hits you re stomach instead of the space around us.
The Silent Person is more than just a blog; its a space for those who struggle to speak. Not because they have nothing to say, but because the words never arrive or have the confidence to let out what is truly inside.
